Macquarie University


Macquarie University is a public research university based in Sydney, Australia, in the suburb of Macquarie Park. Established in 1964 by the Government of New South Wales, it is the third university to be established in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Access Macquarie Limited was established in 1989 as a commercial arm of the university. It facilitates and supports the commercial needs of the industry, business and government organizations that want to take advantage of academic expertise wider University community.

Global Leadership Program (GLP) is a student organization and programs undertaken by the majority of Macquarie Students.
